REFUND POLICY

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with the product you receive we offer a 7 day return window after delivery confirmation for a full refund of your purchase price, provided that the product is returned unused, in the same condition it was in when shipped to you, and in the same packaging (if undamaged.)

Please contact us at gumpgallerywv@gmail.com within those 7 days and prior to returning any product, as we will provide you with the necessary information needed for this process.

Please note that we are not responsible for any damage of any kind that occurs after our product is delivered to the carrier for shipping. Packages are insured, and any damage to the product while in transit needs to be filed with the delivery company. Please let us know in the event that this happens and will work with you to better aid and give discussion to each respective process.
